Mucus in stool
Its been arround a month that i have to go frequent toilet specially during night before sleep and mucus comes out occasionally gas also comes frequently. I have to apply pressure many times i have taken (o2) bt only temporary relief doing regular meditation and kapal bhati bt no improvement for more than a month

I was facing problem of gas,indigestion,acidity problems for that i visited a gastoenterologist who asked for a colonoscopy as i was feeling heavier,pain,burn and bloated on right side of the abdomen and after checkup he told things are normal but from some days i am facing breathless,pain on right side post meals.

Hello doc I have experiencing burning sensation in my upper stomach now and then and also burps too .. Stomach and back pain
2 weeks before I had both stomach and back pain simultaneously. Whole day I was having pain. Stomach was hard and not able to clear stomach. Later I drank warm water and then I went to toilet and then I felt better.
Looks like gas was created and die to which both stomach and back pain happened.
Can you please advise
