Acidity related problems
From last 8 months I am dealing with nervousness, breathlessness and vertigo. I have done my all body test like TMT, lipid profile , fasting sugar etc. and all are normal. Then my doctor said I am suffering from panic disorder but I read in books that these are may be due to acidity or gas...very much confused.

Hi, gd morning, Yeah its very right also what u shared, it may be gastric upset leading to deficit to nourish mind causing nervousness, but dizziness n breathlessness to be taken care on priority(which u investigated also), though its Vata-Raktaj issue can be very well managed with Holistic AYURVEDIC Approach by Basti or virechan n Rasayan so kindly consider to have AYURVEDIC opinion nr by u. Hello vertigo cannot be part of gastritis inner ear disorders like meniere disease should be ruled out consult ent specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
