Regarding faty liver
I m having fatty liver. And having weak digestion. After eating anything outside fod it starting paining on my right side below chest..what should I do to overcome this?

As u shared ur issue fatty liver its chronic with Stomach upset may be due to cold, weak digestion lead so many things, still at ur age its not better, suran/dudhi/fruity veg n warm buttermilk will add value for ur pain
