1.bloating stomach with gas after food
2.little headache will come in evening
3.breathing difficulty that will go away after passing gas
4. Not getting good sleep.
Is this a normal acidity ?do I need to consult a gastroenterologist ?

All day burp
Hi . I have been experiencing too much burps since 1 year and lately I also get burp with food particles which is acidic. If I don't burp I feel uneasy . It getting embarrassing for me and when I go to poop the burp will atleast come 10 times.
Is it something very serious.

Stomach occasional pain
Occasionally the pain generates in stomach. It starts from right side and travels towards left side of stomach. Sometimes it takes 1 hour nd sometimes it takes 1 day also. Post that it travels to anus. And it creates severe pain there. It lasts for 2 to 3 days. Kindly suggest the reason nd treatment of it.
