Is taking a probiotic supplement like sporlac daily beneficial for health or will it have some side effects.

Slight pain in the navel area. and symptoms match mild hernia and counsulted doctor but would like to have a second opinion Ultra scound scan reports are showing normal. also general checkup done in nov didn't show any abnormality. are some type of hernias invisible.

He got psoriasis fr which he started treatment in September 2016but after mnth he ha d stomach pAin.with inflammation and acidity.then he àt e omaprazole for 6f days he got alright.now again he is having pain in upper abdomen with heaviness. In Nov '16, i had a food poisoning problem. With medicines, i recovered within couple of days. After after this episode, every alternate week, i wake up with stomach ache (around the naval region) with loose motions and vomiting tendency. I consume home cooked food but frequently upset stomach is hampering my daily routine. Please suggest if i should undergo some medical tests and doctor with which specialty will be helpful.

Hi, I have been having dull, achy pain in my right abdomen, headaches, nausea, low fever, fatigue, and low grade fever for the last two weeks. I am worried about the abdomen pain because I was poked in that area( just a little lower and to the right of the belly button) and I've never been in so much pain in my life. It's a sharp pain that I would put at a 7/10 on the pain scale. Is this something I should get checked out at a hospital or am I freaking out over nothing?
