Gut or straining issue
I have a straining problem when i m going to the toilet in morning. Once in a week i feel like normal when i m going. I tried every natural remedies to clear gut issue but it doesn't affect at all. Then i read some article. In this articles they said the gut issue is related to diet they said change your diet. They said whole grains, rice causes straining problem. my parents also has a gas or acidity problem. So can you please suggest me any solution. & i want to know whole grains, rice, potatoes causes strainig problem or not?

Hello You need to consume high fibre diet - like cucumber, carrot, radish, green leafy vegetables etc. Along with that good amount of water and regular exercise. Rice, potatoes contain only carbohydrate so may not help in staining, but they should be eated because they give you calories.
