Don't worry. Liquid poop is one of the initial side effects of so many iron supplements, vitamins. You can include banana and curd in your diet to add fibres. This will regulate the gut bacteria. And some probiotics too. Probiotics will help you in your dermatology issues too.

**Opinion:** The persistent gut issues you're experiencing, particularly with morning liquid stools, suggest that there may be an underlying gastrointestinal condition that needs further evaluation. While the medications prescribed by your dermatologist may address certain skin-related issues, they might not be targeting the root cause of your digestive symptoms. Persistent loose stools could be related to several factors, such as dietary intolerances, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), infections, or other gastrointestinal disorders. **Next Steps:** 1. **Comprehensive Gastrointestinal Evaluation:** It would be advisable to undergo a thorough evaluation of your digestive system. This might include blood tests, stool tests, and possibly imaging or endoscopic procedures to identify any specific conditions affecting your gut. 2. **Dietary Assessment:** A review of your diet can help identify any potential food intolerances or triggers that could be contributing to your symptoms. Keeping a food diary might be helpful in this regard. 3. **Adjustment of Medications:** Since the current medications prescribed by your dermatologist aren’t resolving your gut issues, we may need to adjust or change your treatment plan. This could involve adding or replacing medications that specifically target your gastrointestinal symptoms. 4. **Lifestyle Modifications:** In addition to medical treatment, lifestyle changes, such as stress management and regular physical activity, can significantly impact gut health and may help alleviate your symptoms. I strongly recommend scheduling a consultation with me to discuss your symptoms in more detail and to develop a personalized treatment plan. It's important to address these issues promptly to improve your quality of life and ensure that your gut health is properly managed. Please reach out to me so we can take the necessary steps towards resolving this problem.
