Stomach Problems & Remedies

Getting back pain only in the morning before I woke up. After finishing my lawetry my back pain reduces slowly. In the remaining times I don't feel any pain. Only in the morning I am feeling it. Is it because of gastric problem. When I tested it found I have lot of gas in my stomach. Please advise ice what to do now. Whom to consult?

Throwing up whatever I eat for last two days after I had some oily stuff. I feel pukish everytime I eat something.

Hi doctor , i am a software engineer with 173cm height and 71 kg weight. I have the problem of acidity while taking some foods . I usually sleep late and wake up late . If I am taking some foods like tapioca , dal , channa etc, I will get gas and breathing problem with a wheezing sound (if gas is released , wheezing will go) . Also sometimes feel some sounds from stomach if bloated . Some times I used to have panteprazole . Is this actually a disease which need to be investigated ? Or do I need to change my routine ? My actual concern is whether it is curable . Actually is there any way to remove it completely as some times I won't be able to sleep due to gas .also my marriage is fixed , I am really worried of this acidity issue .

Hello madam/sir, I have been suffering from constipation from 1 month...i followed the medications prescribed by doctor I had free stools from 4 days but I still have a pain in my thighs,legs,groin,bladder,buttock and fatigue...I had thyroid test it was normal..my question is does constipation cause all these pains and fatigue????? I was playing kick boxing match yesterday.I got 14 continous punches.I became slight unconscious.I could not do my morning potty properly and after massage and whole day body rest I am further facing problems of swelling and slight pain in abdomen.Also im suffering from excretion since then Please suggest.Also the pain is reaching into right side of my back
