Stomach Problems & Remedies

Acidity whatever i am eating , mild pain when seating or bending but normal when walking or sleeping . Discomfort in stomach .

I'm suffering from mild ache in right middle stomach that appears periodically. Two weeks before I undergone rubber band ligation to remove hemorrhoids. During that period, i had diarrhea for three days. Note, hemorrhoids has disappeared. Still doctor prescribed an ointment for one more week. Also I'm taking "celin 500mg" and "ciprodac 500mg" still now. What may be the reason for this mild ache? Thanks in advance ☺️
