Stomach Problems & Remedies

I experienced blood while defacting twice within 20 days period. Till today, I didn't take any medical advice or medicine from any Doctor..please advice me what to do and where to get medical care regarding the problem.

Today all of a sudden in gym.. when I got on cycling machine I felt discomfort and pain while sitting as the seat was not comfortable... I continued for 15 minutes. Later after two hours.. I feel a small lump at size of small pea in the rectum. I have taken a pic of it. I need any OTC medicine for it. And please let me know. What is it exactly?

I am having continuous pain in my stomach since last 4 days and feeling very much weakness. We checked for stones but the report said there's nothing. This sunday due to continuous pain i went to hospital in the emergency and they diagnosed low bp and then got 2 bottles of glucose injected(pics enclosed). But still i am not feeling well. Please guide me i am and my family are tensed because of this condition of mine.

I m having a stomach ache since yesterday morning and I went to bathroom 35 to 40 times and didnt had solid food and every 20minutes i feel stomach ache and i go to bathroom and some liquid comes out and i come out.I went to a doctor today morning and he gave injection and glucose still i m in pain and there is no difference to my situation.Plzzzz help
