Stomach Problems & Remedies

. Dry mouth, belching, gurgling in my stomach , gas and occasional diarea. I have been trying to research but I can't find anything! Also the dry mouth is terrible. I have tried several over the counter products (80 dollars worth! ) and a lot of herbal remedies. Where do I go from here? I am so uncomfortable
