Stomach Problems & Remedies

Over the last few days I have been getting a bloating feeling, acidity and pain every day after dinner. During the day it is sporadic and bearable, but after dinner becomes quite acute

When I eat food in noon after then around 5-6 o'clock start the gas normally. it's happening since last 2-3 years. Head pain happen after gas start.

Blood is continuously pouring out from rectum but pain has noot been realised during using the lavatory. Obe more thing is required to be noticed that the blood comes as it is clotted and somehow we see some fresh blood there.

I have problem of indigestion acidity gas and constipation problem. Stools clears in less quantity from few days

I have consulted the doctor, he suggested sonograph here I am attaching the report. Doctor suggested to get operated. Whether it is compulsory? Please suggest me

My wife is having bad stomache( loose motions. She is breast feedinng to 21 days son. What type of medicines are advised?

Overian cyst operation before 12 years.Had a small cyst in liver at that time.over sweating,fatigue,long lasting cough,occesionaly swelling on both feet,knee joint pain etc.
