I've been experiencing stomach pain and bloating since 3 months, had an episode of the same 1 year back Please advise a specialist for this issue, need guidance for health and fitness

For the last few weeks I have had on and off nausea and diarrhea. Just when I think I'm better I eat something I haven't lately and here it comes again. I have had regular bowel movements and have only thrown up 2 times. I have high anxiety and take Xanax for that. My anxiety has been very high lately idk if it's from being sick or started before. Hi there , From last 3-4 days whenever I take meal, after sometime I'm getting stomach pain then loose motion. Please suggest me something.

My sis is under medication for abdominal TB,last couple of days she is unable to intake food even if she drinks waters immediately it comes out.She was hospitalized for last 2 days,during the these 2day they have been giving some injections to arrest vomit.
