Stomach Problems & Remedies

From last 3 months have mild pain in lower right pelvis. Gets better after a few days but then comes back. Also have lot of gas and little acidity. No loose motions. Have little constipation but on certain days i pass full motions.

I am a 19 year girl.I have been avoiding little pain in my stomach for 1 year almost now. Thought it was my unhealthy eating. But after the recent food poisoning my stomach hurts all time. Specially in morning. It's difficult to go to college.Took medicine for food poisoning but after 5 days again dirrehea,stomach pain,vomit feel. Now the pain is unavoidable. Also mouth ulcers are common for me and serious hairfall. Is this stomach cancer???

One months ago I got fever and nearly fainted when going to market. I did blood test and it was found that my Hamoglobin was low. Then again doctor told me to do LFT test than Total Serum bilirubin was 2.2 with direct 1.0 and indirect 1.2. I had medicine for 1 month and when I checked today it had increased to 3.8 with direct 1.1 and indirect 2.7. Is it Serious. What should I do now???

Since 3 months having indigestion and bloating . Soft stool . No abnormality in endoscopy and ultrasound. What's wrong ?

I m getting blood in motion and paining,2weeks before I went chettinad I consulted​ a doctor she told ,I am having a fissure .she given smooth ,and tonic ..I am using last 2 weeks but no luck still blood is coming.. previously blood came lightly.but now it's too much

Few days back got stomach pain. Every time I eat or drink anything it starts paining badly. Have take few medicine regarding the same but still things are not in shape

Having pain in lower left abdomen in front side,little hard in touch..I also have constipation issues.contacted a urologist but the doctor assured me that it's not due to urinary issues.What could be the reason?He also advised sonography.should I go for sonography or seek gastroenterologist help?

There is burning sensation in the upper part of the abdomen in various regions. This is happening from past few days

Dark maroon liquid stool with green and grey solids at times. No stomach ache.. No vomiting but throwing up a little of whatever i have.
