I have bloating problems since a year. I am 28 male from Pune. Follow Maharashtrian diet. My tummy swells because of gases. I work in IT. Need to work late till 1 am at night. I tried unienzime but was not useful. Get burps n gas issues. Feel discomfort. Sometimes irregular bowl movements. Please suggest some medicines. Also please suggest diet. I have been suffering from severe stomach ache past days previously was suffering from loose motion then I consumed tablets for 2 times a day after that loose motions was controlled but then I'm unable to pass stool no gas from the body is expelled out.. due to which I think I'm suffering from severe stomach cramps n pain
