I usually get abdominal pain n cramps in my stomach.. N sometimes a constant pulling pain. Causes a disturbance in my daily living activities

Need to find out the cause.
There are a lot of possible causes which could be the reason.
Suggest you to get yourself checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
He will suggest you further.
Stone must be ruled out.
