My sgpt and sgot levels are 120 and 67...is it really problem...what type of test are neccessary to detect my virus levels...and how to reduce sgpt sgot levels

Stomach pain after food, below left rib...after medication it will stop then it ll come again... tablets like pentacid and some infection avoiding tablets i took aw preferred by doctor..any permanent solutions?

I had a private colonoscopy 4 years ago which showed up aphthous ulcers in my terminal ileum. I had (ashamedly) exaggerated my symptoms to ensure the test was performed. Based on my (made up) symptoms and the ulcers i was diagnosed with probable segmental Crohns. However, the biopsies were negand blood work was normal. Is Crohn's still likely?
