Constipation and Pain in bowel area
I am having severe constipation problem though I am drinking enough water , fruits and proper foods. I didn't have daily bowel movement and two or three days once. After bowel movement I have severe pain in that area for 5 or 6 hours. Before bowel movement in my stomach i experience severe pressure.

Liver Fuction test reports are too high
SGPT and 123 and SGOT os 106 . Also my colestral level become 204. My age 28 and no physical work. I have Bile Direct - 2.5 and Bile indirect is 2.4.
