Sometime blooding in latrine, yellow urine for last 8 days, skinny yellow, eyes yellow please give me suggestions

I am having severe stomach pain with vomitings and motions from yesterday I took gastric tablet as well but it doesn't work pls help me to cure this

I have been suffering from amoebiasis for 3months . This includes constipation, abdominal pain, feeling terribly week, weight loss about 5 kg. I have consulted a few reputed doctors but they can't do anything. The problem is increasing. I don't eat much. I have also problem in digestion. There is also cramping in right part of belly. .What I do?

When i eat or not burp starts... And at night when i goes into bet.. After mid night i feel too much burp n my i woke up...at that time i have 3-4 burp than i feel some relax... I have a spot pain on the right side of my lower abdomen, which I cannot pin point. This pain had come once two weeks back and subsided on its own. Now it has come back since yesterday, and does not seem to reduce. It is not unbearable, nor can I make out any swelling in the area. But it hurts when I change my position or cough. Is this hernia or appendicitis. I carry my heavy lap top bag every day and my job is sedentary. Requesting your expert opinion. Thanks

Over the past 2.5 years I have had developed gastric issues. Even though I have a good and healthy breakfast, proper lunch, dinner every day, I cant really overcome the issue. I was having PZoleD for a good 2 month's time as per a doctor's advice, yet when I stopped having it the issue has reoccured. Is there any permanent solution to this?

It has been 3 days of having stomach ache. Having loose motion too. The stomach ache is not continuous... It sometime pains and sometime don't. Please tell what could be the problem?
