Bad lower abdominal pain across whole tummy just really painful to touch walk so I'm currently in bed

Hello there. I can understand your concern. .you can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. And tab. Drotin twice a day after food for 3 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
