Please suggest a witch hazel cream easily avialable in pharmacy for swollen hamerroid or any other cream to heal the skin as my hamerroid come and go

Hi, I have got a liver enlargement recently (3 weeks ago) in sonography test and the doctor has advised to consume very less alcohol, oily/junk food. Also wanted to know- do I need to stop smoking also for this? Or that won't effect this issue. Thanks

Sir i am suffering from kidney infection for past 5 days. there was too much burning during urination my doctor has given me injection and certain medicines and nimorazole. yesterday i had negligible burning in urination. but i ate mango and paratha at night i felt vomiting so i drunk pudin hara with cold water after that acidity stuck into chest
