I have been suffering from multiple bowel movements , stomach ache and diahera since my daughter was born taken antibiotics no use now I am suspected of having irritable bowel syndrome I am on cyclopam for 7 days and fibril powder for 15days but still continue to have stomach ache kindly suggest should I finish my course or see the doctor

Form past 10 months i am having frequently bowel movment. whenever i eat after a few time i feel bowel movment and after evry meal i have to go to toilet. I have also stopped eating street food i am only eating home food then also this problem is not gone.

I have been suffering from bleeding and pain in my anus since 3 days while defecation. Is it initial symptoms of PILES? i am very afraid to go through any kind of operation. i am 26 years old and i could't even tell my parents.also suggest me what to eat or avoid. and please tell me how to prevent it in initial stage?THANK YOU
