Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had stomach pain for 3days and suddenly today diahrrea turned black and I don't have any symptoms other than stomach pain mild like stomach pain when you have diahhrea

I have Sevier acidity and gas from past two weeks. Lot of burning sensation in stomach. Please advise

Suffering through diarrhea since last few days also was suffering through loose motion whenever I eat from last one month. Did blood test and stool test both are normal. Currently taking medicines but seems no effect and also mild fever is coming and going. Previously under medication due to muscular pain as doctor said...Please advise and help

In december 2016 i went through Stapled hemorrhoidectomy . it went well. then in may2017 i was diagnosed with irretable bowl syndrome. earlier today i say a drop of blood stain on my stool. then in evening i passed one more stool which had dark maroon stain( probably dry blood) on my stool. i have no abdominal or stomach pain . i dont have fever.

Burps no pain, no fever/ cough In a month minimum 15 days what ever I consume converts into gasious.
