Stomach Problems & Remedies

I've been vomiting since this morning and stomach isn't well... While vomiting only water is coming out with a very weird taste... Not feeling like eating anything.. Feeling extremely sleepy

I feel like too much in my food pipe nd feel like vomiting but doesnt get vomiting and stomach feels full when i havent eat anything its much like acidity i feel like stucked in.

I have to go to washroom immediately after eating anything, stool is also not watery it's normal problem has been lasted from 3 months and i even don't feel hungry after all came out what i have eaten

Feeling head ache and vomiting sensation. My ears also not hearing. Is there any serious. Why this are happening
