  3. Fever , stomach pain , headache. Again?

Fever , stomach pain ,headache
Sir /mam , from two days I m suffering from fever with body pain ,stomach pain all sides ,headache also about 1 week ago I had a fever .and about 2 months ago I had typhoid fever.. what can be the cause of fever ? Can it be typhoid fever again??
