Sir m suffering from loose motion and stomach pain...what shoul i do...and  wht diets should i prefer during this period.

Hello there we understand your feeling and your condition and your pain. But if it is troubling much then it is time you need to go to your localities general physician. And along with it you need to rehydraye yourself and with it you need to have soft food which won't irritate your stomach and intestines. Consult one as soon as possible. Thank you
