My sister has multiple calculi in her Gall bladder of 8.5mm size. Also the Gall bladder is significantly distended and elongated.can you please tell if it requires surgery or it can be cured by using surgery

I was suffering from vomitting and loose motion yesterday.Yesterday a complete blood count test was taken .Results was obtained Lympocytes- 07 (Ref range 20-40) Neutrophils - 90 ( ref range 40-70 ) ESR - 20 ( ref range of women <50 is 0-20) Is there any problem with the results?

I was having loose motions because of bad water. I took Norflox Tz. Even though I was better in 1 dose, I was advised to have it for 3 days. But after that I started having severe constipation and hard stool, and a lot of bleeding leading to fissures. I started having probiotic milk which helped me little bit, but the bleeding problem still persits. It's been 2 years. My diet consists of healthy food and lots of water, and no junk food outside. Is there any solution to it? Or is it a permanent damage which can't be cured?

Lots of burps,farts and a bloated stomach all day long causing uncomfort. Tried changing my lifestyle still not helping. None of instant solutions also helping. Please suggest something concrete. It's has becoming an embarrassing thing on day to day basis. Happening for the last 1 week continuously.

Slight stomach pain and bloating, no hungriness at all and no free motion. In morning not clear my stool.and also stool type is lose.and after finish my food is also irritated from stomach and small intestine portion.also loose my weight about 12 kg in last 20 months.after finish my lunch or dinner it is also irritate in upper abdomen mainly in left side.I also tested colonoscopy,endoscopy,CT enteroclysis,and many blood.
