Constipation for past about 15 years.

I've had constipation for so long as I remember. I'm 27 years of age, 5'11" but I weigh only 45 at the moment. My max weight has never gone above 50. I can't pass stool sometimes for a whole week. I don't have any habits like tobacco or alcohol.
