Doc, I'm 25 & going to bathroom once in 2-3 days since 2-3 months. Whenever I go to bathroom there r bloods. Bt these days it has become worse I can't even poop bcoz of the pain. I'm doing everything that I can do like eating fibrous foods, taking Isabgol, drinking lots of water, but there is no improvement. What should I do now to be regular?
