Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have pain in my right shoulder and going down in hand. I also have pain in mid N lower back. I experience sharp pain in back on bending my neck forward. I can feel weakness in legs and sometimes there's pain left hip going down in thigh. Got temporary relief through Physiotherapy. I also have gastric problems, due to pain Medicines Tht I took

I am suffering from diahoria when eating specific foods and sometimes constipation.Always feel tired,sleeplessness and headache sometimes.More gas leaving,muscle pains and joint pains sometimes if do hard work I feel tired. Please suggest

In december 2016 i went through Stapled hemorrhoidectomy . it went well. then in may2017 i was diagnosed with irretable bowl syndrome. earlier today i say a drop of blood stain on my stool. then in evening i passed one more stool which had dark maroon stain( probably dry blood) on my stool. i have no abdominal or stomach pain . i dont have fever.
