Hepatitist b jaundice
My mother(50 years age) last 2 weeks suffering from jaundice,LFT test result HbsAg posetive(+) ,bilirubin 24.1, ALT 802, USG report ok (clear). is it acute HVb or chronic ? dr. gives HbeAg , anti-Hbe and DNA test. this test can help to identify acute or chronic?

your doctor is correct . these tests will help u do know whether it is acute or chronic diseases and also to choose treatment.
