Stomach Problems & Remedies

It is been a few months since I am facing this issue, the excreta from my intestine doesn't get cleared fully in the morning. I can feel the pipeline being jammed. After consuming non veg and few other food stuffs, the problem is even more severe. Gas is also a problem I face because of this, need your advice.

I had abdominal pain above belly button. It was like very high for sone time and no pain in next few minutes...this happened whole night.

Hi, for the past 2-3 weeks I've been feeling really heavy on my stomach after having breakfast. I usually have my breakfast at 10:30 and is mostly dosa or idly,sometimes bread. An hour after breakfast I start feeling really heavy on my stomach and cannot eat anything after that. It feels really uncomfortable and restless. I take a sachet of ENO before dinner to ease things but it does not solve the purpose everytime. Does this have anything to do with weak digestion? If yes how to overcome this problem? If no what is the reason for this problem and how to overcome this?

From the past one year I am having stool leakage and irritation in the anus, what could be probably reason looking for proper treatment.
