  4. Sgpt elevated. Is enough to lower it?

Sgpt elevated.
My husband is 36. He had sgpt of 107 three months back. He is taking liver supplements and now it is 95. He has negative autoimmune hepatitis result. He has fatty liver. Non alcoholic and obese. Is it possible to lower sgpt.?....3 months is enough to lower it?
