Sgpt level is slightly above the normal limit, doesn't mean you have fatty liver.Get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen to see if any corresponding changes.

Hello, I see your SGPT (ALT) level of 62 U/L is slightly above the normal range (7-56 U/L), which may suggest mild liver stress. It’s not necessarily fatty liver—other causes like alcohol, medications, or exercise could be factors. Can it be corrected? Yes, often with lifestyle changes like a healthy diet, exercise, and avoiding alcohol, depending on the cause.
Next Steps
I recommend consulting me for a detailed evaluation to pinpoint the cause and discuss treatment options. Reach out with any questions!
Health Tips
For now, focus on liver-friendly habits.

Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your concern regarding the elevated SGPT level of 62 in your recent body tests. While an elevated SGPT (Serum Glutamic-Pyruvic Transaminase) level can be associated with liver conditions, it is not necessarily indicative of fatty liver. As mentioned, various factors such as viral infections, alcohol consumption, or even certain medications can lead to temporary elevations in liver enzymes. It is important to consider other symptoms you might be experiencing, such as fever, jaundice, loss of appetite, or abdominal discomfort. However, in the absence of these symptoms, there is no immediate cause for alarm. That said, it is still crucial to monitor and address the underlying cause of the elevation to ensure your liver health is maintained. I recommend a comprehensive evaluation to determine the exact cause of the elevated SGPT and to rule out any potential liver issues. This may include further blood tests, imaging studies, and a detailed discussion of your medical history and lifestyle factors. Please feel free to reach out to me on WhatsApp at **eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two** to schedule a consultation. We can discuss your results in detail and develop a plan to address any concerns and optimize your liver health. Take care.
