I always in a problem bloting gas ..go toilet 3 times in the morning ..total 5 times a day ....then also stool not pass out clearly ...i eat dalia khichdi..do eccercise dsily then also there is no digestion... I have been suffering problem since 5 yr

Yesterday sharp pain started in my upper abdomen which was sharp. It went away later that day, today it came back much stronger and I am currently sat and unable to move due to the pain.
