Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi. I get runny poop after drinking water - tap water, boiled, different bottled brands, after most of them I get runny poop after 15min to 1 hour after drinking, the more I drink, the faster and more intense it is. Nothing happens after tea or other fluids. Few sips is enough to cause the problem. It goes on for few months, very slowly increasing.

I am feeling restlessness like don't feel to do anything, feeling tired.i feel full in stomach and after eating it feels like bad taste or soar taste ,sometimes burning,and I am having mouth ulcers from last 2 days.what may be the reason??? I feel like sleepy every time..

I have been having a motion problem like , my stomach didn't send waste from my body . i went to toilet and i try to go motion i had oly pain in that area . i used loose motion tablet and i ate 5 bananas after that only one time it released my waste , and i had lower stomach pain and also nerves are heavily paining near that motion going area

I have suffering sotamch pain in right side i think thats apendicitis pain but no apendix right kidney 6mm stone and intestine problem

I've gas and bloating problem since 1 month. When I start eating sometimes during eating my stomach start producing gas. And morning when potty done my left side of the stomach pain. I eat lots of calories but my weight not increase. I'm 19 yo my weight is 49 kg only. Whatever I'm eating my body not get benefit of it.

How to reduce sgpt and sgot of 260 and 160 within 1 week. I need to get cured as early as possible for my job .

I am losing weight day by day donno why, have tested for sugar , diabities too all negative,have done full stomach ultra sonography , reports are normal except my liver is slightly bigger/inflammed,having pain in stomach after every meal,doctor told me to have Rekool 40 everyday morning empty stomach and sucral syrup(for 4months now I hv bn takin)

How do I cure constipation? I spend more than an hour and it still doesn't pass. I have to go twice in a day. Now the bone in my lower abdomen has starting to hurt.

I am suger patient can I take liv 52 because when I use to take the table it taste is sweet is it increases the blood sugar level and also effect kidney function like urea creatine kindly give me a advice can I take it for my digestion problem
