My concern is regarding my stomach.

I get lot of gastric problems , and my stomach gets swollen die to gas and produces a growling sound. It makes me feel uneasy. Even though I don't consume fast foods or spicy dishes , but still I usually get burning sensation while passing stool. And my stomach growls a lot and I get gastric problems even after eating simple normal meals.
