Nausea. Food aversion. Very weak. 4 weeks ago had a fall and broke tooth. Diabetic.BP. We are worried why she has aversion to food.

HELLO, WHEN SHE FALLS IS SHE BECOMES UNCONSCIOUS FOR A MOMENT OR SO IS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT  HER OR TRY TO GET UP OR CALL ANYBODY ELSE FOR HELP. SUDDENLY FOOD AVERSION IS NOT EXPLAINABLE. IS THE URINE IS YELLOW. RYE, SCLERA (WHITE PORTION OF EYE)IS PALE OR LIGHT YELLOW THAN PREVIOUS. ARE PALM OF HAND PALE OR YELLOW? IF THE ANSWER IS NO MAY BE SO SCARED BY THIS INCIDENCE??? ADVISE:- URINE TEST FOR BILE SALT N BILE PIGMENT. SYRUP CIPL/APLE TWO TEASPOON FUL TWO TIMES A  DAY HALF AN HOUR BEFORE LUNCH AND DINNER. IT PRODUCES HUNGER. AFTER LUNCH SHE MUST TAKE REST AS IT CAUSES SLEEPY DROWSY, OTHERWISE SHE COMPLAINT OF VERTIGO  UN EASYNESS LIKE THAT. BUT ONE CONSULTATION IS NEEDED FOR DETAILED HISTORY AND EXAMINATION OF PATIENT, SO THAT HE COULD ADVISE WHETHER SCAN OR MRI IS NEEDED OR NOT. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS. O.K BYE.
