Digestion Problem since a long
I am having digestion problem since a long time. There is always a mucus(jelly like substance) comes in my stool since 5-6 years. Sometimes stool doesnt passes away but just only that mucus is excreted. When it happens i feel very tired and weak. My appetite is also not good. There is not body growth nor appetite.
