Having a fatty liver but getting problem while inhaling oxygen.now my sgot and pt is normal.kindly give suggestions

I am suffering from constant stomach ache since tuesday morning, even I had vomiting and loose motions till today was taken to hospital and then loose motions and vomiting are stopped now, but stomach ache is unbearable now.

I was suffered from Jaundice now reports are but from I feel burning sensation in the stomach every day.

I recently had a fissure while passing a hard stool. It's not the first time. It comes and goes. Is there any medical suggestion for me to get rid of it completely and any life style changes. Please suggest medicine or ointment is so painful condition that I can't even explain.

I think I have piles. It's not diagnosed yet. I used to have pain in anus and I started applying Anovate 7-8 months back. It used to give me a relief. But now I've come abroad for some time and I had to walk a lot here. Now I experience terrible pain while walking and while applying Anovate I feel a bump in my anus. Also there is a little bit bleeding while passing stool. I'm waiting till I go back to India which is after one week but the pain is getting intolerable. I cannot walk. I'm talking tool softener but it doesn't help much. The bump is getting bigger and even Anovate has stopped working now.. I'm in terrible condition and clueless what to do until I come back.

My 15 yrs old son got jaundice one month ago with SGPt 546 and bilirubin 7.0 after one week his SGPt dropped by 252 but bilirubin raised by 15.90..After rest N medications it is now SGPt 59 and bilirubin 10.0.. Doctors are saying it's. A slow process of coming down bilirubin. He is still taking hepamerz and actibile tablet ,what should I do .

My cousin daughter has a problem that she won't go for motion daily,it has from childhood ,if we use medicine means only she will go for motion if not no,can you suggest any doctor or any treatment .
