Mucus in stool but no blood ..light fever all tests and colonoscopy are normal .....every time feeling tired and headach 12 kg weight loss during one year

My husband have liver problem and he was hospitalized last to last one week and doctor intake 600 ml water from his stomach. He is fine last week but now he have faced same problem. Doctor advised to some liver spleen colorid seen test. We have done on saturday and we get the report in today's after 2 pm. His feet also swelling.

There is some skin on the front side of my anus. It isn't painful, which leads me to believe that it isn't a hemorrhoid, but it is likely that I could've had one a few years back (but not sure) that may have caused whatever this is?
