I have historical constipation, would like to know if there is a permanent treatment without medicine ?

I hv been having a constant gas nd mild stomach pain...also pain in bavkside sometimes..taking medicines like ciflox 0z nd pantodac Dsr

Sgpt, Sgot, ggt are all very high. I drank huge amounts of alcohol. I have stopped it now but my liver tests are very poor . Everything is out of range. I need help to lower down my sgpt sgot and ggt at the earliest . So kindly help if possible. I have already gave up alcohol . I need to know what all I need to do for a stronger and better funct
