Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have done a disertous in my life. Six months ago I have taken 90 capsules of Body Plus (Ayurvedic Body building capsules. As a result my whole digestive system is filled with gas (Now. It is not coming out fully. The gas is gone to my head also. As a result I have blurred vision. Everyday I pass out gas at every interval of time.

Little pain sometimes in upper stomach area (below sternum) specially in evening & night time. Stool is hard initially but becomes loose as it passes. Bowel movement - 1 to 2 times and when I take detox medicines it becomes 5 to 6 times. Taking ayurvedic medicines since June 2016. CBC - Eosinophilia, Low Post Prandial Blood Sugar was detected

I had non veg yesterday from a famous fast food chain, this morning I had reddish earthworm-like 1cm ish worms in my stool,is it the food or I just need de-worming ?

I have a tummy problem for quite a while (around 5-6 months). Because of which I regularly get pain/irritation in my abdomen - especially lower left side and upper right-left side. The keeps irritating most of my day with gas. And this irritation increases when I get excited or anticipate for something. The pain at times also extend from the lower back part to the tip of my anus. Also with this I get irritation/heaviness/pain in the upper chest part also. For two months, i've taken treatment from family doctor,which he said it is colitis but i've got any relief after the treatment. Can someone please suggest how to solve this issue.

I have been suffering from external haemmoroids since 1 month and now the condition has become extremely painful. It is non bleeding. I have applied creams from pharmacy but no use. I have started taking stool softener pills also. But after each bowel movement and after going to the toilet. The condition is more painful. I m in deep pain.

Hi,I working in IT company and I am getting acute gastritis attack every 2-3 months. Endoscopy reports mentioned hiatal hernia & Doctor told me it is because of Stress. How to avoid getting acute gastritis attacks often? Do I need to any other medical tests & where can I get good treatment to avoid often acute gastritis ?
