In morning after toilet having a problem from 15days it's getting burning and pinching this problem create after toilet only please suggest me the best

38 year old female with nausea the past few months. Doctors think its gallbladder and told me to bland lowfat diet. Has helped some. They did tests...gallbladder sludge and not working properly. Surgeon said not typical symptoms and may not feel better if taken out but has left it up to me. What do you think?

From 7 days before I am going so many times toilet like 5 ,6 time a day and also I am not eating food properly I feel like vomiting. Body also become a week feel more sleep and week but not loose motion.plz help to to solve this problem.
