Stomach Problems & Remedies

I think it's external hemorrhoids (piles), painful sitting, discomfort, swelling kind of small bubble out side the anus. I'm using Pilex scream and tables. Could you please advice any other medicine or treatment.

As stated earlier I have been suffering from piles for past 3 months and everyday while going toilet some vein like thing is coming out and I have to push it back inside. I don't want to undergo surgery. Kindly suggest any tablet or spray kind of thing which will shrink the vein which comes out.

I have been suffering from defecate problem about more than 3years . I can't fell free for this problem ..

I am having digestion problem since a long time. There is always a mucus(jelly like substance) comes in my stool since 5-6 years. Sometimes stool doesnt passes away but just only that mucus is excreted. When it happens i feel very tired and weak. My appetite is also not good. There is not body growth nor appetite. I need a expert advice.

My stomach is getting bloated after a meal from the last 3 weeks. I have not changed any diet. Feeling very uncomfortable after 20 - 30 Min of having a meal as stomach becomes heavy and bloated. Another noted change is that normally I go to toilet in the morning straight after I wake up and only once a day. But now for the past few weeks, I go twice in the morning & one time in the afternoon/night. Morning time though goes twice everything seems to go as normal but during the evening time the stool seems to get a bit harder. No changes in diet or life style has been there, so not sure why this is happening suddenly. After a meal once get bloated it says for long period of time, may b the whole day. Please help.

3 days ago i woke up having moderate pain in my stomach , late in the day my temperature went high and i was feeling so tired and dizzy . for these 3 days i thought i was constipated because i didn't go having a popo since that day , but today i had some yellow and painfull stool , with blood spots in the end .. And the pain is still persisting .

Very frequent and embarrassing stomach noises, especially after lunch (which generally includes 3 Chapatis and some sabzi). The recent change in my lifestyle is that I joined as a software developer in a corporation which includes long sitting hours. The special thing to notice is that these noises generally go away if I take the loo.

I have been having pain in the lower right abdomen and sometimes on the left too, and when I go to a restaurant, while eating I started feeling dizzy, The pain in the abdomen does not get worse, it stays the same from 3 weeks, the pain comes and goes for a few minutes, what could i have?
