Stomach Problems & Remedies

I always have a heavy stomach, bloating, uneasiness, nausea, internal bleeding, stomach ulcers. Never got any treatment for it. Once done endoscopy and diagnosed as ulcer.

I have constipation problem. I generally drink 750ml water after waking up but still nothing works out. Out of 3 days only one day my stomach gets clean. Please suggest what to do for this issue.
