Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been having diarrhoea for two & a half weeks with stomach & abdominal pain (twice during two months ). Now diarrhoea is better but pain is still there. Taking Risek, Gaviscon & Spysler as medicine for about 4 days from now. In abdominal & pelvis CT SCAN, mild thickning of the wall of stomach is noted along distal part of greater curvature.

Looking for Dr. who have experience in treating the same. He suffering taking medicine from past two years.

This is regarding my mother and she is 55. Abdomen CT scan has been done. There is swelling in gallbladder. Do we need to see a surgeon? General surgeon?

Lots of gas in my stomach even if i eat anything, even after i workout, it makes me bloated, constipated and heart burm too

My stomach has been hurting and I have popped blood twice. Is that bad? What should I do? Should I good to the emergency?

It started with a fever that lasted for 6 hours and diariah. for the past 2 days the diariah lasted but it started coming with blood, a couple of hours ago there were some BLACK seaweed like "things" with the stool, should i be worried?

Past 20 days i am facing a seriver pain is located in left side of my stomuch past 15days back i faced vomits and digestion problem

I have right side stomach problem last 6 year continuously,,,, it is very dither for me I am not coming out from it even I am taking treatment together.

Pain in anus while passing feces like as prick. But latrine color is same as earlier, no blood, no stool.

My Bowels are not getting cleared fully. As a result some time I have feel there are gases in my back and have slight body pain. I go to toilet 3-4 times daily. Drink 3 ltrs of water daily,includes 1 ltr as soon as I get up from the bed. I am non alcoholic and non smoker. This problem exists from childhood. I consulted several doctors.please advise
