Getting mucus and having piles

Piles problem from last 2 to 3 years but it has been cured with the homeo medicine suddenly from last one year I'm getting mucus from my anus and my files is also occur at the starting I have taken certain antibiotic AIIMS doctors they have done a sigmoid also but he report was normal the later on I was suffering from abdominal now Unani
