Continuous upper back pain and constipat
Hello Doctor,
I am facing constipation problem from several years and due to this my upper back pains a lot that i can not bear pain. I take proper diet as well, regular excersice, but dont understand why this problem occurs.Please suggest me good remediations to get rid of constipation permanently.
