Constipation
Hi mya age is 30 female..2 months back did laproscopy surgery for chocolate cyst. After few days severe constipation and got fissure.
After 1 month fissure is healed.. Taking cremadiet powder twice, but often facing constipation.
Even am taking good fiber food, fruits, water etc.
But constipation. Before surgery I was normal, now only facing issue.
How to get relief from constipation, am planning for first pregnancy.

Post Operative constipation is quite common , as you have done diet modification already and taking laxatives too , your problem will solve gradually , do quantify your water intake and limited use of tea/coffee/fried food. laxative quantity is also very important and need to be taken preferably before you go to bed. Planning a pregnancy should not be an issue .

proper diet/sleep and some exercised yes less stress is needed .
