I used to have constipation (first) and loose motion(later) on the same day sometimes accompanied by mucus and little blood ( very rarely) on a constant basis for the last 2 years, gas formation on daily basis. Also sometimes abdominal cramps after bowel. Feeling of incomplete bowel and fatigue and weakness after bowel. kindly suggest. Thank you

From last 6-7 months m facing problem in my digestive system ..usually when i go out n have outside food other than home food i get pain in my lower abdomen ..most of the time morning stool is very loose ..n evacuation take much time..some time gas n acididty problem...had lots of antibiotic but still the problem is there ..plz guide
